Troubleshooting FAQs
- Navigate to https://learn.msnllc.com/
- Enter your username and password. (Your username is your MSN work email)
- You'll be directed to your course list page
The Continuing Education Platform is separate and distinct from the MSN website. Your username is your MSN work email and you will need to set up your Continuing Education-specific password by taking the following steps:
- Navigate to https://learn.msnllc.com/firsttime
- Enter your MSN work email and click Get New Password
- Check your email for instructions to set your own password
After clicking Get New Password in the step above, you should receive an email within five minutes from the address online@mg.msnllc.com. If you do not, here are a few things you can try:
- Check your spam or junk folder – sometimes automated emails can be marked as junk by your personal settings
- Search for the subject line: ‘[MSN Continuing Education Platform] Password Reset’
- If you are still experiencing problems, please email Support@CodeofEntry.com
You are receiving this error likely because you have entered the wrong password too many times.
Please keep in mind that you will need to create a password for the MSN Continuing Education Platform before attempting to login. This is a separate login from the Practice Education Library or Marketing Resources or any other MSN resource.
Try the following:
- Please ensure that you are using the correct password, wait 15 minutes, and try again.
- If you are still experiencing problems, please email Support@CodeofEntry.com

If you are trying to access the site from the VMware Horizon VDI or viewbox, we recommend that you access the platform from a personal laptop or device and outside the MSN network.

If you are experiencing general connection issues, such as lagging video or sound or slow loading speeds, etc, we recommend that you access the platform from a personal laptop or device and outside of the viewbox environment the MSN network.
